In September a number of K&S The Learning Company's international colleagues are visiting South Africa as part of a learning journey called 'Shifting Perspectives'. One of the 'projects' or focus areas for this visit is the idea of sustainable change, through participative processes. Seven members of Kessels & Smit, The Learning Company is organising an opportunity to get together and share learnings on this topic.
