Powerful learning experiences
I am passionate about learning, and I am motivated to create rich and powerful learning experiences for individuals and organisations. I have extensive experience in training, consulting, research, facilitation and project management in the education, public and private sectors.
I work from the premise that people are the most important resource an organisation has. The main emphasis in my work is to align organisational and individual goals and to support individuals to fulfil their potential. I aim to support people to be the best that they can be. I promote coaching and mentoring, accompanied with appropriate and meaningful learning experiences, as strategic interventions in developing people and organisations.
I believe in connecting with one’s passion, to do work that is inspiring and that helps one to connect with your higher purpose. My main interest is in the area of talent management with particular emphasis on young women in the workplace. I am currently working with a theatre to support young, emerging artists to gain skills to manage their careers and to learn to nagivate the creative industry better. Another project I am working on is linking skills development and entrepreneurship in the disability sector.
